Master Service Agreement (MSA)

Parties: ZSB Global Ltd. ("Provider") and The Registered Enterprise Client ("Client").

Article 1: Services

Provider agrees to grant Client access to the ZSB Procurement Network, including the search database, API endpoints, and logistics services for industrial components.

Article 2: High-Volume Communications Consent

2.1. Operational Necessity. Client acknowledges that the ZSB platform operates on a "Push Notification" basis. To maintain supply chain synchronization, Provider must send frequent automated updates.

2.2. Express Consent. By executing this Agreement (via account creation), Client expressly consents to receive:

Article 3: Warranty & Liability

All components are sold "AS IS" with a 12-month limited warranty on the specific Serial Number. Provider is not liable for consequential damages resulting from production downtime.
