1. Enterprise Scope

ZSB Global (Zhuki Serial Buy) processes industrial procurement data on a global scale. This policy applies to all Enterprise Clients accessing our API, FTP feeds, and web portal.

2. Collection of Operational Data

To facilitate the high-volume trading of serialized components, we collect:

• Corporate Registry Data (DUNS, VAT, EIN).
• Logistics Contacts (Warehouse Managers, Procurement Officers).
• Technical Bill of Materials (BOM) uploads.

3. Third-Party Data Processing (Communications)

Due to the time-sensitive nature of industrial supply chains (Just-In-Time manufacturing), ZSB Global utilizes enterprise-grade email infrastructure providers. We transmit data to these processors for the following strictly defined purposes:

• Daily Inventory Feeds: Automated CSV/JSON snapshots of stock levels sent to subscribed partners.
• API Alerting: Real-time webhook notifications via email when a specific Serial Number enters our network.
• Transactional Documentation: Invoices, Waybills, and Export Compliance certificates.

4. Export Control & Compliance

ZSB Global complies with all applicable export control laws, including EAR and ITAR regulations. Data regarding dual-use technology is stored on segregated servers.

5. Data Retention

Transaction logs are retained for 10 years to satisfy international audit requirements.
